Not only would they find all that "junk", but they just might find the Spanish Ship, "The Black Falcon," and all the GOLD it was carrying on board. (see the post on "Treasure." if you don't know what I'm talking about)!

The Aral Sea (world's formerly 4th largest lake) which had its plug "pulled" to water Russian crops, started during the Soviet Union era.

I think a lot of people would be surprised to see the 10 story high plus hills in the broads.

I think you're right! The general underwater topography would be rather startling.

There is an old story told on Bear Island about a smug young man that left Shep Browns for the island with his new boat and outboard motor. He neglected to tighten the transom clamps and when he went over a large wake the outboard bounced off into the deep.

If you find that motor let us know. It only had two minutes on the engine.
