Hart's Turkey Farm is always open
I may be bias because it is and has been a personal favorite, but Hart's is open for turkey year round. I go everytime I visit the lake and the food is as good as ever. If you are in the hankering for Thanksgiving Dinner, you can get it anytime and all year round, except for a couple major holidays.
