I agree about stress at the Libby ramp. You do have to be in the street while backing up so if you aren't very good and can get down the ramp quickly and on the first try, that ramp might be a little scary.

I use the 19 Mile Bay ramp a lot and it should be fine but parking is a loonnggg walk away (don't park at the Market). The ramp is narrow but plenty deep for your boat.

Other places to consider:
-the Melvin Village town ramp. you can't part there without a resident sticker but launching should be fine.
-Lee's Mills ramp. Great refurbished facility but a long boat ride with lots of hazard to get out onto Moultonboro Bay.
-Roberts Cove Marina: might be a little tight but doable.

Both launches on Long Island (Harillas and the town ramp) are probably too far of a drive for you.
