Hello Folks,
www.NHPropertyRights.com is backing HB 352. This is follow on legislation to last years successful SB406 which banned Involuntary Lot Merging here in NH. If this passes folks can come forward and have their lots unmerged if the municipality had merged them without their consent. Have any of you out there ever had your lots merged? Would you want them unmerged if you could? Ms Merge |

No experience with invol merging myself, but I've seen where it's affected others when they want to sell or develop land at ZBA hearings I've attended through the years. I had no idea this wasn't a grandfathered practice - wow. It seemed to be very "un-NH" if you know what I mean.
When does this come up for a vote in the House? |
