You might consider Church Landing in Meredith. Also, every local paper in the area will have ads for Easter dinner. Reservations may be necessary, so call early to secure a favorable time.

I called the Weirs Beach Lobster Pound, They will have their Sunday Brunch as usual. The person I spoke with said reservations not needed but I am going to recheck that.
