Default NH Campground Rental tax info

Greetings all,
Does anyone know where I can get info on the intricacies of the relatively new NH Campground rental tax. Specifically looking for the law itself. Anyone have any experience with this law and how it effects campgrounds where the sites are "owned" or condo campgrounds? Does an individual that rents his or her seasonal property have to pay the 9% tax? Are there any negative repercussions for a campground that is owned and not a "rental" campground per se, that has members rent their own units out occasionally.

Just curious, any info on this would be helpful

Interesting, so even if acampground were to rent out units there would be no tax associated with that?

Obviously you may have federal income tax and NH business taxes to pay depending on the size of your business and the level of your profits, but the special tax focused at campgrounds was repealed.

TomC, I don't know how you can interpret the law as you describe, but obviously HCG should get tax advice from a tax professional.

As I understood it, the room and meals tax was applied to campgrounds by that short-lived statute.
