Expect the lake to rise as well.
Went by the Dam yesterday and was surprised to see the low discharge rate. But I trust the decisions of the operators. (As long as they don't let it get too high or too low ![]() Reading a story about a flood release at a gate on the Mississippi, I calculated that the 10,000 cfs rate if applied to Winnipesaukee would lower the big lake by about 14 inches an hour. Can't even imagine what it would do down stream. |
