Cruising through the Weirs channel Sunday (Cruising? Um, CRAWLING) and saw the seaplane departing just past the channel. I breifly saw an add for the business, but I forgot what it said!

Anyone have information? Are the pilots CFI's??? Would love to put an hour or so of "SEA" in the logbook :-)

If it's the C-206 on amphibs, here's a link to a thread from last year.

To answer your question the owner/pilot Dave French is a CFI with thousands of hours in single and multi-engine seaplanes. You can call their business line at 603-387-7575 to ask if they do instruction or just scenic rides.

Nice advertisement there Brian... Pushing the rules a little here aren't you? How many times can you put your business name in front of me for free or do you have a commercial deal with the webmaster? If that's so, then it's totally acceptable and I apologize.

Actually, Lake aircraft are no longer in production. There are making parts to keep them alive. Armand and Bruce will by old Lakers, refurbished them and sell them.
