Winnipesaukee Prayer

For many years I had a print out of a prayer I found here on the forum framed in my living room. For reasons unknown to me it is no longer there.
I love that prayer but had not committed it to memory. Can any one help me?

I believe it began
Like diamonds thy waters
Like velvet thy trees..

and it ended something like

And to God I implore
Thy grace to return
Again to thy shores

Any help would be so appreciated.

It was from a post in 2007
