You'll need to start with a meter,check the main feed ( as Dave R suggested )and check when key is in the start position. Sounds from what I've read like a heat soak issue because after cooling for a short period she cranks again.

Let's look at the battery connections first..ON the Battery. Remove the cable lugs, clean the terminal posts on the battery and connector lugs. Re-connect and try again. Simple is as simple does. AND... it's totally cheap and doesn't require someone who is mechanically inclined..
![]() PS: You can clean the terminal posts and connector lugs with a pocket knife...just scrape the contact areas clean. |

Make sure you are getting 12 volts out of the "start" lug of the ignition switch when in the start position. I've heard of this problem a few times recently and it seemed to be heat related also. You can used a meter or just a test light.
