Shucked...run it under water....roll it in aluminum foil with a pat of butter.....

I use the "NO STICK" aluminum foil (2 pats for me) and roll the cobs every 2 minutes or so. We have had some really sweet corn from EM Heath's and Ledgewood Farms this summer. |

We had corn this weekend from DeVylder's Farm - it was too good! I really would have thought a dozen ears would be enough for four people!

Instead of soaking them in water, shuck them and soak them in BEER. Real beer not that lite stuff. Half hour. If you shuck them first then when it is done you can put the stuff back in the can and use it too cook a chicker on the beer can over the grill. waste not want not
