Mut - Mixed Breed - DNA Testing
DNA TEST
Have a mixed breed? Interested in finding out what the mixture is? The above link is just one company that does such. I have no connection with such and if anyone knows of a better one please post. Some/few of those with a mixed breed may be interested to find out what the combination is. |

I'd wager this is the same DNA testing company that is advertising on ancestry.com, where they can tell you what countries you're from, etc. Same flashy web ad and same price, too.
Personally, I can't say I'd ever part with the $79 it would cost to do the test. I've had some great "mutts" and sorta known what they were, breed-wise, by whatever dominant characteristics they had, and was satisfied with that... but I could see taking the $79 I'd've spent on the test and donating it to the local shelter. |

Thanks for sharing. I'm always somewhat curious about our dogs because people often try to speculate what's in them and the guesses are all over the place from french bulldog to rottweiler lol.
I agree though that price is too high so I also love the suggestion of donating some or all of that instead to a shelter and enjoying the mystery |
