My wife and I spent the weekend at the Wolfeboro Inn - We dined at the Tavern for dinner on Friday and Saturday, and had breakfast Saturday and today. We were thoroughly impressed by the food, the service and the ambiance. We were cautiously optimistic, based on posts on the Forum, and were hopeful for a good experience. Our meals (steak tips, baked haddock, prime rib and seafood sautee) were wonderful. Our salads were great, the soups (onion, lobster bisque and mushroom) were tasty and wonderful. All servers were prompt and attentive. The brunch today was plentiful and tasty. We understand that everything can't be perfect, but we really feel that the quality of the service and the food was great. We will be back!
