I noticed WicWas and Waunakee were completely covered this past weekend. Just the edges in Meredith Bay though on Winnipesaukee. There was even some guy out in the middle of WicWas ice fishing. It can't be all that safe to be fishing. Is catching a fish really worth risking your life for?

Default Don't think so

No, I don't think there is such a list. But if you're looking for reports on specific parts of the lake, a lot of members do post updates throughout the season. You focused on any area in particular? Please be careful if you're heading onto unfamiliar parts of the lake.

Default Quick prayer ..................

Please God watch and keep all who enter the lake on ice safe this winter. Let them check to be sure that the ice is OK to go out on for skating or ice fishing or snowmobiling or driving (the latter is something I would never do but since some do let them try to do it in the safest way and time). Let us all gather again in summer for Don's wonderful Forum Fest and may all have a healthy and happy 2012 enjoying our wonderful lake.

Meredith Bay is still wide open. Actually saw a boat out and about yesterday.

There were a few bob houses out down near the Alton bandstand yesterday. I can't even figure out how they got out there. So much open water along the shore!

Trying to formulate a ice in chart.
No fish worth the chance of life or equipment. Still no ice out front of my place.
