from what I have read and heard, it seems to me that Sunbeam is the one holding people hostage and what they are asking for is extremly unrealistic.
not that I am defending DirecTV, but if you were a store and one of your vendors wanted to increase prices way beyond what you could sell the product for, would you continue to sell it? With that being said, there should be some compensation coming from DirecTV, and if I were a customer of theirs, I would call and ask for some credit
