Well...you have to remember this is a public forum and we are all entitled to our opinions. Some good, some bad, indifferent, black, white and some just plain old stupid.
We can't all be as perfect as you...oops I should have stifled myself

Yep, especially for postings from the "Walmart" side of the lake. I find myself many times considering, and then saying, "Nah, I don't want to encourage it."

Post I Think That Most Of Us Learned Lots From The

Skydive Laconia Thread, about many of the posters out here! -And or lack there of!..

However, our webMaster Don allows us a view, most importantly to the rest of us, time in and time again!

Most true, but some more disillusioned.

Short answer, yes. I tend to be VERY liberal, (who would have guessed that! ) and in general this forum tends to lean a bit to the right.

I sometimes have to remind myself of the advice from this well known conservative.

"Civilization depends on, and civility often requires, the willingness to say, 'What you are doing is none of my business' and 'What I am doing is none of your business."
George Will

Having said that, I am often impressed with some of the ideas posited by some of the contributors, who, while I definitely don't agree with them... make me challenge my own thoughts on a subject.

"If you have learned how to disagree without being disagreeable, then you have discovered the secret of getting along - whether it be business, family relations, or life itself."
Bernard Meltzer

I think most of us have. I know I have written a post before and then not submitted it. it is easy to take writing the wrong way.

I also find reading long posts boring, in fact I almost always never read them all, just skim them. That is why I very seldom write long posts. If you want to keep your reader's attention, be short and concise. Of course there are times when one just can't be short and sweet.
