Default Easter Brunch

Just a quick note about the Easter brunch we had...incredible!! Carving station, Eggs Benedict, a lobster and wild mushroom bisque, custom omelets, smoked salmon and bagels. It was like being able to have five different meals at once. (dangerous) Entire experience was delightful and next year we are planning for a large group table. Great food and no cooking or dishes to wash. Nice way to spend a holiday.

They will be doing a repeat of that for Mother's Day. Hooray for me! The boat will be in the water by then... ; )
