We took the 40 min extended lake tour yesterday and had a great time.
http://www.lakesbiplane.com/ There is a story about these recently manufactured Waco Classics on the web site. Seating for two in the front seat is cozy but very comfortable (pilot flies from back seat). Pilot Phil will go over a chart of the lake prior to the flight and go pretty much wherever you want. Tons of Fun! Photos: The Waco Classic; Looking north from about over Welch; Looking back at Smith Cove on landing approach Last edited by Slickcraft; 07-10-2012 at 09:34 AM. Reason: typo |

Might have to try this on vacation in August. How does this type of ride compare to say commerical flights? Is it more bumpy, any more of a motion sickness problem with this plane? I don't "do" carnival rides!
