I never said it was illegal to have a beer, I simply stated that I would feel better knowing the approaching driver was not drinking a beer. And I would.
I believe the beer should come out after the cover goes on, at least for the driver of the boat. One beer would not affect 95% of the drivers. I get concerned when one beer turns to two, turns to six. |
