SIKSUKR - When I signed up online, I had to choose a 4-character PIN during the account setup process. (Or maybe they assigned me one at the time and then I changed it, I can't remember.) Are you sure you didn't have an initial PIN when you set up your account that you may have written down somewhere? When you signed up, did you print out the new account confirmation web page that assigned you an account number? If so, did you possibly write down the PIN on that printout??
