I am almost certain that Gunstock eliminated the discount passes for Belknap County taxpayers. When they did offer the discount, all that was needed was a copy of a tax bill from a town in Belknap County. There was no residency requirement, only a requirement to be a taxpayer. But again, I don't think they offer it any more.

They still show the Tuesday discount that was asked about:

Belknap County Club Tuesday: $25 Prime Time lift tickets for Belknap County Residents. Proof of residency is required.

The former season pass discount for residents is no longer offered except for age 70+.
