Unfortunately like heating oils, the firewood people tend to mark prices up as the temperature goes down and winter drags on.
We started using one of our fireplaces to help with the heat. Even though it isn't using the same flu as the one we had the fire in last year I'm still leery. I've been going out on my property and cutting down standing dead tree's.
