There is a little known public beach on Cow Island too (near the Hole in the Wall). You would have to drop anchor and swim in.

Yes, owned by Tuftonboro I believe. Friends checked it out this summer and said it was hard to find since it is packed in between two properties and the sign was knocked down. Wasn't well kept up. I would guess that the Cow Island residents aren't rushing to have people come us it. Heard there were trails to walk too.
