You can't mention Red's without mentioning what they do to the traffic trying to get through Wiscasset. It's great that Red's is so popular but not so good for the thousands of people who have to get through there on summer weekends. The traffic backs up for miles in both directions on Rt. 1, mostly because of Red's. I hear that Red's lobster rolls are awesome but after crawling through miles of traffic we can't wait to get away from Wiscasset and have never considered stopping there.
