Please help

We are planning our vacation this year for race week (Sept. 19th thru 24th) and we are looking for a nice, reasonable place to stay. Anyone have any suggestions? We would like to stay somewhere near Laconia. Myself, my husband and our two kids (5 and infant). My husband grew up in Tilton but has been gone from there for many years.

I've stayed at the Margate, Misty Harbor, NASWA and Shalimar Inn. I think they are all ok but don't expect the Ritz. Also search the archives for info on specific places, there are people who don't like some of the places I mentioned. I'd book soon if I were you, that's a busy week.
