I love this time a years with all the signs of spring/summer popping up all around us, birds singing, peepers ect.. But also the people and friends that leave us in the late fall are on their way back all full of hopes and dreams of another great season on the lake.
I live in a park that is mostly seasonal and we have made many seasonal friends that have brought great joy to our lives over the years, and with this past winter seeming so long just makes this season more special. I love the sound of people having fun and enjoying the lake, the smiles, the smells of campfires and the cookouts. I also grew up coming to the lake when I was young and this time of year and it brings back those memories, I envy you now. So Welcome Home my friends and all the seasonal people, you bring with you an aire of "Yea!!, we're going to camp!" attitude That I long for every spring. Welcome Home! P.S. you can leave the Black Flies at home. ![]()
