Default Wolfeboro

I'm curious what is going to happen to their fireworks? With sculpin saying he was going to do them on the 5th. I guess at least there will be fireworks regardless. According to weather underground there is 83% chance of rain!

Default Safty First

July 3rd 6:PM 92 degrees and the entire beach is closed so that we might have a display at midnight ? Would have loved to go swimming after work.

The Weirs Action Committee's facebook page says they are cancelled and will be split into two regular Friday night shows over the summer. I think I'd rather have one larger but memorable display.

Anyone remember how amazing the fireworks were the first year the WAC used RS Fireworks? I guess the combination of budget and changes in firework setback requirements have really forced things to be watered down. Too bad nobody has a spare barge laying around to donate so we can free up the beach and have huge sky-filling fireworks again.

Default Wolfeboro Fireworks Rescheduled

From the Parks and Recreation Department web site...

"Fireworks rescheduled to Sunday, July 6th, 9:30pm, Brewster Academy (due to change from orginal July 5th fireworks raindate, Atlas Pyrovision Productions has promised the biggest and best show we've seen in Wolfeboro in years--stick around!)"

Awesome Terry. One more reason for me to pull the trigger on a drone.
