Cider Press Restaurant / Wolfeboro
We moved to Alton last December and have been exploring the area for all sorts of things.
We have been trying new roads to see where they go and came across a very nice restaurant where the husband does the cooking and the cooking and the wife waits on the customers. The place is immaculate and nicely decorated. Most of the local restaurants that Saturday night were jammed and noisy, so we decided to try this place. It was exactly what we were looking for that night. Quiet, cool and what you would expect in a quality New England style restaurant. Items were varied and reasonable priced. Crackers and relish before the meal. A homemade hot bread with the meal and I tried the beef while my wife had a seafood dish. We give them high marks. We will be going back for sure! |
