Here you go, 5 bay boat house is large square right in middle. I am curious about the sections of docking to the left.

They do belong to the house with the five bay garage But they are not included with the property.

Am I correct in that there seems to be a boat ramp between the big Boat house and the docks?
I would start looking into the deeds for the property and surrounding properties to start assessing what is going on. My guess is that everything in that area at one time may have been owned by on person, who had development plans that went south... There may be granted rights of way, etc. that are at play here.

I finally got my answer. The docks belong to the Sleeper Island Association.

I forgot to tell you we found it and after finding it, I can see what I didn't recognize it. It is not a place you would notice just going through since it faces away from the main waterway.
