What you really need is a system designer, we used Dave Ames out of Meredith. He was not the cheapest, and I had heard he can be slow, BUT I had no complaints. I took a risk and had an approved plan in my hand the day before closing last February.

I came across some other names, but since I did not use them I'm reluctant to name them on the forum.

My house is also in Sanbornton, and that raises some other issues

especially if you are in a hurry. PM if you want anymore input
