New neighborhood?

Does any one have any intel on what's under development along Weirs Blvd just south of the bay top motel? A sizeable area on the hill had been cleared and it looks like a construction road up to the site has been laid down....

Hopefully not another development. Read the fine prints before signing. What he says the units contained in the model is not what is in the units he sells.

So here's an update on my previous question.. I was little off on my location description. The new land clearing is going on diagonally from the entrance to "Stonecrest" condominiums. Maybe a resident from there might have some info to share. It looks like a pretty big project.
