Chez Vachon is not what most would think of when talking about a French restaurant.Its a Franco-American joint with a strong local draw in a very Franco-American neighborhood.Great breakfast.Side of bean and ord of toast.Ahhh,beans with your eggs.

We have a friend that we boat with that would stroke out with joy if Chez Vachon would open up a location in the lakes region.

I would have to 2nd that. Worked in Manchester for about 30 years, went to Chez Vachon frequently.
