What is being built here?

There is new construction just south of the Wolfeboro Inn. Does anyone know what is being built there? Just curious!

Can you be more specific? The property to the south of the Inn is the Wolfeboro Corinthian Yacht Club. After that is pretty much downtown shops and restaurants.

It is going to be an Art Gallery with an apartment on top.
The new owners are Greg and Alice Sabol and they are a very nice older couple. The house will be beautiful. I saw drawings at the planning board meeting.
