I am just a bit up island and could use the same services, including a thorough vacuuming. One kitchen\ family room, bathroom and three very tiny bedrooms..and screened porch.

I have used ISS for a variety of services for several years and always been pleased. They are based in the Alton/Gilford area. Cleaning services generally are about $45/hr per person.
