My neighbor purchased a home on the lake. Redesigned the whole waterfront including adding horseshoe permanent dock.
The guy he hired did everything. All permits.
The guy knows everything to do with docks. Knows all in Concord.

Well worth the money spent.

Yes, of course, you can do all yourself.
