Cool Water Sport Christmas Gift

Anyone looking for an extreme water sport gift for a Christmas present?
The Manta Ray Inflatable Towable looks like scary fun.

Default Christmas Gifts

Speaking of Christmas gifts, can anyone suggest some good gifts for the Lake Winni lover? I saw that someone is selling a calendar but is there anything else new? What's hot this year?

Default Life Vests

According to my local paper the "Hot" gift this year is inflatable life vests. They are easy to wear and a good investment if you travel the lake in the rough weather.

I still think we could add havoc to the boards with parasail wake boards. RG you should try one.

Default $500 for a tube????

Forget the tube.... the most unbelievable water toy I've seen is the "Air Chair". Been around for a while but still amazes me when a talented rider rides on by!

If I were young and (somewhat) foolish... that's the toy I would need.

When I was young (and foolish) the big new toy was the kneeboard (I had the original O'Brien "Bullfrog").

We did some pretty foolish things..... Dock starts from 6+ foot
off the water docks.... Then, *two* kneeboards off those same
docks... then two people on a single board from the beach..
(one kneeling, one standing holding on to the life vest of the
kneeler)... and then finally... two kneelers... two standers..
from the beach... I know... very illegal... but fun none the less.

Now that I think of it... I'd still love to give the air-chair a go!!!

Cheers....

Getting a C-map MAX Mega Wide chart that covers the Bay of Fundy to Barnegat Bay NJ for my chartplotter. Planning to take my boat to some new (to me) waters next year. The chart includes Winnipesaukee, Sqaum and Winnisqaum as well as the whole NY state canal system etc. I doubt the Winnipesaukee chart will be as good as my Bizer chip but I'll give it a look.

If Santa would give me the land and a tent somewhere along the Lake in Alton Bay, I'd be one happy lady!

Of course, good health for my family and friends is always on my Christmas list.

But seriously, as far as material sorts of things, I didn't ask for anything, so I guess I will just be surprised!

Santa will be coming a little early, like Saturday afternoon about 1 or so, and will be bringing all 8 of our grandchildren, from age 16 down to 7 months. Anything else, like that stuff wrapped up in paper and ribbons, will be an extra. If we are really lucky, we will receive a full year of good health, happiness, love, and friendship. Oh, and some underwear and slippers, please!

Default Another Dive Buddy!

Santa brought me another dive buddy. My oldest will be taking his NAUI cert classes starting 1/16, and should be all certified and ready to explore the depths of Winnipesaukee this summer. Nothing live-in dive buddies!
