Looking to buy a vacation home at Weirs Beach village anyone have any feedback on that complex (across from Cumbys)

We are also looking at this development. I do not have first-hand experience but I spoke with a current resident who is very happy with his home.

This is clearly so marketed that it wouldn't be at all useful to me were I looking to buy here--be nice to know if anyone on this forum owns in the association, though.
