Do you know what it is (RTE 28 in Barnstead)

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone knows what the monstrosity is on Rte 28 in Barnstead near Locke Lake. (on the right headed towarded the Alton Traffic circle)

It has been there since mid summer..... and we were up at our home in Alton this weekend again and so the mess left behind.

It is sort of a Teepee type construction out of PVC pipes. I never could tell just what it was but now it is just a mess.

ANY idea what it is? I know I didn't describe it well..... but if you've seen it ... you will know what I mean.

It was supposed to be some sort of advertisement for the vegetable stand located down the side road a bit.(according to the Baysider, if memory serves correctly) I never could figure out what it had to do with vegetables though!

It is one heck of an eyesore that's for sure.

During the summer it looked like there was a joint venture going on there where there was 1/2 a farm stand and 1/2 a yard sale.

It also looked as someone was living there. I am surprised that the town or the residents haven't complained. It is looking more and more like a dump!

I have seen it briefly, but honestly, I am usually hanging on tight to the wheel and watching the road at that treacherous corner!
