	 | What's with all the low aircraft?

The past few days I have seen some unusual activity in the sky. There has been low flying straight-wing small jets and large prop planes flying low over the Center Harbor area. They have been flying two at a time. One of the jets made a sharp u-turn, banking almost 90º. They look like training flights. Anybody have the scoop? Last edited by mbr; 10-16-2015 at 10:35 AM. |

There was a recent mention of training exercises in the area on the news lately. They were going to practice threat scenarios that required intercepting small aircraft.

I was at the Kank yesterday. Several military jets buzzed around (one at a time). I think they were leaf peeping, just like the rest of us.
