Why shouldn't he? Does it sound like he's making it up to be a troll? I use to use citizens for business, I was very unhappy with there service. Once I looked around I never went back to a bank. Banks are great until you need them. as was said, quicken has been my best mortgage experience ever. For personal accounts I've used service federal for over 25yrs, never had a single issue.
