We used MidCoast Clock (out of Maine) when our Herschede grandmother clock required repair. Obviously, not local, but he came promptly and did a nice job repairing/cleaning the clock in our home. There a guy on the side street next to VIP on Union Ave that does repair old clocks. We took an old 8 day clock in to him to get repaired. Unfortunately I don't have any more info than this for you.
