I Have used them is the past and was NOT happy at all with their service or screening process. My current neighbor also used them this summer and I had overcrowding, late night parties and drug use next door. All accompanied with them having to repair their bathrooms for damage, two floods and a 911 call because the tenant could not shut off the A/C
