i, too, remember the yellow "fountain of youth". I believe it was docked in the weirs channel near the pier 93 (?) condominium complex. It was there for years so somebody must be able to offer more information!

YUP!!! That was him! I remember he had a C+S on his house..he used to call him and his wife "Cream and Sugar". I remember that he had to talk by holding his thumb to his windpipe. He was a super great guy. His place was on Paugus Bay, along the main road...I don't remember the name of the complex, but it was not far down the road...
