Traveling Texas Smokehouse
I have to give another big thumbs up to the Traveling Texas Smokehouse. We decided to try one of his whole, bone in, smoked hams today for a family party we were attending. It was spectacular and the talk of the Family buffet line!!
When we got there to pick it up he was just taking out of the smoker so it was still very warm. It wasn't the least bit salty, extremely tender and had just a wonderful smoked flavor! It was the real deal and not like those sodium injected, liquid smoke hams you get at the local grocery store! I assume he is staying open all winter so stop by his place in Meredith right next to the moccasin shop on route 104. You won't regret it! Merry Christmas, Dan
