reasonable rent?

What would you all say is a reasonable rent figure to rent a cottage on Winni in Wolfeboro for a week in july? Sleeps 12 (3 double beds and 3 bunks). Small private beach, protected shoreline, large dock. Our family splits up the usage of the cottage and I have it for a week every July. I am not going to be in the area in July so I am going to rent it out. I see rental figures all over the place so I figured I'd throw it out there to see what you all think. It's nice, rustic wood cabin with finished, walk-out basement.
