Wow, that's $140 / linear for for a 25 ft boat.
West Alton is limited to 23 ft for valet, and the rate is $100 with a minimum charge for a 20 ft boat (smaller boats pay 20 ft rate).

I agree with Upthesaukee... That should pay for a slip. I'd look at other Marina's - Lakeport Landing, Fay's, Shep Browns, etc.
