Our Eastern was in the water and running on 4/11. I had to wait all the way 'till 4/15 for the ice to go out by Fay' to get out of Smith Cove and out to Welch. That was 4 long painful days.

I have requested a May 1st splash. If they have it ready and the moorings are in by May 1st then I shall be quite surprised and happy! |

I have to wait for the docks to go in. Last season they didn't get in the water until early June. I'm hoping they get in before Memorial Day this season. But my Sea Doo PWC will go in the water Memorial Day weekend, weather permitting.

Will be putting the boat in whenever our breakwater is repaired and a boat can safely pass to the docks. Hopefully soon. I am a retired workaholic and continuing aquaholic. |

Not for a while. When we lived on Cape Cod the boat went in March 1st. and pulled around December 25th. Friends said it should be put on skiis in December. I am a retired workaholic and continuing aquaholic. |

Put mine in yesterday afternoon after work. Made a quick trip from Alton Bay to Wiers Beach, discovered Faro is closed on Mondays, made a quick trip to Wolfeboro, had a lovely dinner at Nolan's, watched the sun set from Clay Point Neighborhood, made a quick trip back to Alton Bay, put boat back on trailer and was home in Raymond by 9:15. It was the earliest first day out for us.

I will be dropping the boat off this Saturday for service and then Valet storage and it will be ready May 27th (Memorial weekend). I have been delayed because of hip surgery and haven't been able to deal with it until now. Normally I would have dropped it off in April and Valet starts mid May.

I guess the guys that usually install our docks have stopped doing it. The association is looking for someone else to install them. Any recommendations in the Meredith area? It looks like my boat won't be gong in anytime soon. |
