1200 HP will definitely stir the hornet nest once more. Soon you they will ask for HP legislation. And I don't want to go there! I spent countless hours and dollars trying to fight for boaters rights, yet these group of Winni folks went through all kinds of political tactics to get the SL RSA. And they will do it again.

As I quote the SL sponsor: "Sea Rays belong on the seas, .....................".
I love my little tin boat and all 115 horses. I have no jealousy for the 1600hp boat. Some things are just ridiculous. 1600hp on Winnipesaukee is one example. I have no problem with it. In fact I feel a bit sorry for the owner. You seem to be a bit bitter about the speed limit. Please dont project that onto all of us who see the absurdity of that boat on Winni. In fact, if I had to guess, you might be the most jealous?

Why would you feel sorry for someone who has a cool toy and brings it the lake to enjoy?

Lot of haters in this thread that can't stand to see other people be successful or enjoy themselves.

... Just embarrassing yourself. No haters on this thread. Just folks who recognize silliness and mention it. Anyone who feels the need for 1600 hp on winni is trying to make up for a shortcoming elsewhere in life. I am TOTALLY FINE with that boat having 1600hp or more. But it is also funny. How fast do you get to 45 mph? Given all the weight I bet my boat gets to 40 before his does. You sound upset that other people dont share your envy of stupidity.

It doesn't take much to figure out that this boat was not bought for primary use on Winnipesaukee, it's just here visiting. People like you deciding what is "silly" or "ridiculous" with limited information, all the while claiming you're "fine" with it are some interesting characters.

As for times to 45 MPH, speed limits, etc, who ever said it was brought here to race, or to push to its maximum potential?
