It's an uncommon name, I wonder if it's named after the 1st female serial killer? I believe she had some type of restaurant where she poisoned around 100 people.

I seem to recall it's named after the wife of the home's first owner? Something like that...

Tie dye Tuesday is real....but almost worth it NOT to wear tie-dye anything.

The Lake Winnipesaukee Historical Society says you're right. Lavinia was also a Senter, probably the same family as Senter's Market -- I think now Heath's -- in Center Harbor:
