Island life is not for everyone. You can add at least an hour to your commute every time you come up.
When my wife and I were looking for property, commute time was high on the list. We bought in Meredith because it was 1 1/2 hours door to door but sometimes in the summer that commute can be 2 1/2 to 3 hours. If your goal is to get away from the stress of city life it can be very stressful getting there. Just sayin! |
